Falle Nioke & Ghost Culture collaborated on a fantastic EP titled Youkounkoun last year, and now the pair have joined forces for the second time, on Badiare EP. We were teased with singles 'Ayekouma' and 'Leywole', which showcased the dancey electronic EP that was to come. However, the least energetic track on the EP, 'Jaarama' we think is also a stand-out. The production is made up of a xylophone-style sound and arpeggiated thumb piano that rises and falls with ease. Warm synth pads move like sand in the wind and Falle Nioke's vocals offer a certain previously unheard fragility. He reveals more of himself as the track progresses, when he's joined by another vocalist; the repeated nature of this vocal section having a sedative effect.
